Introduction
Getting Familiar with New Schedule VI:- The objective of the training program is to assist managers to develop a better understanding of New Schedule VI of Companies Act 1956. In today’s times where laws are ever changing &marketsare becoming increasingly global, it is imperative for every professional to upgrade her / himself with the latest developments.
This program helps the participants to migrate their company’s financial statements from old to the new format. The focus of this workshop is to simplify the new schedule VI & do a grass-root level hand holding for preparation, presentation & disclosure.

It quickly highlights the aesthetic changes in the presentation & explains the background logic for every change.
